Entrepreneur with a strong strategic vision in building digital ecosystems and scalable business models, he is the Founder and Chairman of Ermes, the Group’s holding company.
Throughout his career, he has founded and developed multiple ventures, successfully executing the exit of a company and establishing a solid track record in value creation. He currently leads the development of Marvinet, the Group’s only operating company in the market.
With Ermes, he has designed a model integrating technology, commercial development, and financial management, with the objective of building a solid, scalable, and long-term oriented group.
Giorgio Giuliano
Vice Chairman
Senior banking professional with extensive experience in the financial sector, he is a board member of Bank J. Safra Sarasin and serves as Managing Director.
Over the course of his career, he has built strong relationships with institutional investors, funds, and family offices, supporting complex transactions and entrepreneurial projects.
As Vice Chairman of Ermes, he contributes to the Group’s strategic direction and supports financial structuring and development initiatives.
PraveenKumar Radhakrishnan
Technology & Business Advisor
Entrepreneur and technology operator with over fifteen years of experience working at the intersection of advanced systems and real-world business challenges.
His career spans semiconductor manufacturing, Web 3.0 advisory, and venture building, with a consistent focus on translating complex technologies into scalable, commercially viable outcomes. He has led international teams, delivered products, and managed revenue-generating operations across technology, product, and operations roles.
Through venture building, he has invested in, developed, and scaled new companies, building conviction in research-driven innovation and establishing collaborations with leading technical institutions across Europe and India.
He focuses on helping organisations adopt and operationalise emerging technologies, particularly as AI, spatial computing, decentralised systems, and advanced sensing converge into a new infrastructure layer.
As Technology & Business Advisor to Ermes, he operates at the intersection of technology and strategy, supporting the Group in translating complex innovation into practical, scalable business outcomes.

Entrepreneur active at an international level in the shipping industry, he leads International Andromeda Shipping, a group with a long-standing presence in maritime transport.
Throughout his career, he has built a global business in the shipping sector, developing strategic relationships and operating across international markets with a strong asset-driven approach.
As a Partner of Ermes, he brings industrial expertise and an international perspective, contributing to the Group’s development and growth strategy.
